Co-Defendant Reveals Mysterious Whereabouts of GirlsDoPorn Boss

SAN DIEGO — Matthew Wolfe, close friend and business associate of GirlsDoPorn owner Michael Pratt, accused of fraud by 22 of the site’s models, revealed yesterday in court that Pratt had returned to his native New Zealand before the start of the ongoing trial.

Last week, Wolfe had revealed on the stand in San Diego that GirlsDoPorn continues to recruit models on Craigslist and that the current contract still does not specify that the footage will be posted online, including on popular free tubesites.

According to a report by NBC’s San Diego affiliate, Wolfe explained that Pratt “returned to New Zealand because of ‘health issues related to threats he had received’ after the publication of news stories about the 'Girls Do Porn' controversy.”

Wolfe, a co-defendant in the case, also told the court that Pratt “took a vacation in South America before flying back to New Zealand from Tijuana’s international airport.”

Wolfe “testified that he spoke with Pratt as recently as October 1 and that he and Pratt communicate via Signal, an encrypted technology that assures users their conversations are private,” NBC reported.

The testimony also included an elaborate explanation of how affiliate marketing works, during which Wolfe was made to confirm that content featuring the models suing the company is still being posted on other websites to drive traffic into GirlsDoPorn.

Wolfe, the report concludes, "did acknowledge that he transferred money from his consulting company to an offshore holding company on the island of Vanuatu," a tropical tax shelter close to Australia and New Zealand.
